Do you set up SSL and DNS for me?
Yes. SSL certificates are issued and renewed automatically, and DNS records are set up when you connect a domain to your hosting or server.
Is WHOIS privacy really included?
Yes, on every eligible domain ending at no extra cost. Your personal details are kept out of the public WHOIS record by default — it's never an upsell.
Can I choose where my server runs?
Yes. Pick a location when you order a VPS or RDP, and you get full root or Administrator access.
What happens before my service expires?
We show the renewal price before you buy and remind you before anything expires. Turn on auto-renew to keep it running without lifting a finger.
Which languages is JujuCloud available in?
English, Spanish and French. Pick yours in Settings → Account → Language or from the language menu. We use the same language for your emails and PDF invoices.
Is it free to create an account?
Yes. Signing up is free and only needs an email address. You pay only for what you order, and every price, including the renewal, is shown before you pay.
How can I pay?
Crypto only: top up your prepaid wallet and pay from the balance, or pay a single order directly in crypto at checkout. We don't accept cards or bank transfers, and nothing is stored to charge you later.
